Solution 1: Save file to your computer

Some computer systems are not configured to open files within the browser so if you are experiencing problems you should first save the download to your computer and then double click on the file to spawn it external to the browser. To do this:

1. Place the cursor over the file you wish to download.
2. Right click with the mouse to open the target dialogue box.
3. Select ‘Save Target as...’
4. Complete the new dialogue box.
5. Click OK
6. Locate the file you downloaded in ‘My Computer’
7. Double click file to open it
